Setomatic Systems – SpyderWash: Warranty and RMA Policy

  • Setomatic Systems warrants this product to be free from defects in both workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of One (1) Year from the original invoice date
  • Setomatic Systems agrees, at its our discretion, during the warranty period, to repair or replace any manufacturer’s defect in material and/or workmanship
  • For an item to be covered under warranty, the RMA process below MUST be followed

This warranty DOES NOT include:

  • Any condition resulting from something other than a defect in workmanship or material or any use for which the product was NOT intended
  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Under NO circumstances will we be responsible for any labor or consequential damages/costs associated with a defective item, even if we cover the unit under warranty
  • We will NOT cover any lost revenue associated with a defective item

1. In order to send parts back to Setomatic Systems SpyderWash for review, an RMA Number MUST be issued. Please call 516-752-8008 or email support@setomticsystems.com to obtain an RMA number once you have spoken with one of our tech support team members to troubleshoot the issue. The RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the box you are shipping back to our office in Florida. Please note that you have 30 days from the time we ship out your warranted products to return the “defective products.” After the 30-day period has expired, you will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE full list price for the unreturned products under the RMA that was provided to you by Setomatic Systems on your credit card.

2. In order to issue an RMA Number, we will need to know the below information:

  • Laundromat Name
  • Customer SpyderWash Portal Operator Code
  • Items being sent back with description of the issue
  • Contact information
  • Laundromat Owner/Customers ONLY
    • Option 1: If you would like the RMA-Warranted Products shipped out before we receive the defective products back, then we ask you to fill out a Warranty Invoice Credit Card Authorization Form, which holds a credit on file just in case we need to charge for unreturned products. This will allow us to release the stock and ship out the product to you.
    • Option 2: Once we receive the defective products back from our customers, then our system will allow us to release the stock and ship out the products to you. This option does NOT require a credit card on file.

3. Once the RMA is received at our Setomatic Systems SpyderWash Florida office, we will test the part sent back. If the item is deemed to be defective in workmanship or materials, we have the right to repair or replace the item and send it back to the customer via FedEx Ground at our expense. If the customer requests expedited shipping, then a credit card will be needed to pay for the shipping/handling costs. For an item to be tested, it MUST have an RMA Number

  • If the returned part is functional, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense
  • If the returned part is vandalized or damaged due to a reason besides manufacturer defect, Setomatic Systems SpyderWash has the right to send the part back to the customer and the item will NOT be covered under warranty

As per the warranty terms and conditions, any change in ownership will result in the Setomatic-SpyderWash warranty becoming null and void. If you plan to transfer ownership, please be aware that the warranty coverage will no longer apply.
